All you do is buy a membership ($249.00) for the "cost buying" opportunity. It's really a great deal! It's pretty much like buying a Sam's Club or Costco Card to buy at a discount. Check it out if you are at least considering getting some gold or SILVER to protect yourself and your family from the up-coming hyperflation. Don't get caught off guard like you did in 2008.
